Abstract

Neste estudo analisamos a distribuição de responsabilidade dos Estados em relação aos refugiados. Defendemos uma distribuição equitativa e um padrão regulatório para compensar as desigualdades geradas pelo sistema atual. Atualmente, os países do Sul global acolhem a maior parte dos refugiados do mundo. O que é uma incongruência, pois estes países são mais pobres. Discutimos a necessidade de uma governança global dos refugiados e uma responsabilidade compartilhada e igualitária.
