Abstract

O livro busca suprir lacuna no mundo editorial acadêmico brasileiro, diante da necessidade de desenvolver de forma interdisciplinar o diálogo proposto pela recente inserção da disciplina Antropologia Jurídica no ensino do Direito, a partir da inclusão de suas temáticas na "prova da ordem” (Provimento OAB - n.136/2009), propondo trajeto no pensamento antropológico no que se refere ao “fenômeno jurídico” e suprindo o necessário suporte a questões fundamentais na articulação entre os profissionais da Antropologia e do Direito.

Bacharel em Direito pela Universidade da Amazônia – UNAMA, Mestre e Doutor em Ciências Sociais-Antropologia pela Universidade Federal do Pará – UFPA, pesquisador-antropólogo do Sistema Integrado de Museus e Memoriais do Pará - SIM/SECULT e professor adjunto de Antropologia Jurídica no curso de Direito da Faculdade de Belém – FABEL
