Abstract

Este artigo explora o papel das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TICs) na promoção da inclusão digital em ambientes de Educação a Distância (EaD) para alunos com necessidades especiais. O objetivo é identificar as principais estratégias pedagógicas e barreiras para a implementação das TICs nesses contextos. A metodologia adota uma revisão narrativa da literatura, analisando estudos que tratam de tecnologias adaptativas, como sintetizadores de voz, plataformas de videoconferência e sistemas de gestão de aprendizagem. Os resultados evidenciam que a capacitação docente e a infraestrutura tecnológica são fatores cruciais para a inclusão. Observa-se que a adoção de TICs e o Desenho Universal para a Aprendizagem (DUA) aumentam o engajamento dos alunos e contribuem para um ambiente educacional mais equitativo.
