Abstract

Este artigo realiza uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL) sobre as com-petências digitais no contexto do trabalho docente no ensino superior. O objetivo é identificar as dimensões dessas competências e analisar sua aplicação em pesquisas brasileiras. A metodologia envolveu a análise de estudos publicados entre 2020 e 2021, focando nas dimensões das competências digitais utilizadas no trabalho docente. Os resultados apontam a predominância do modelo DigCompEdu e a identificação de 25 dimensões relacionadas. Conclui-se que as competências digitais exigem uma abordagem multidimensional, integrando aspectos tecnológicos e socioemocionais.
