Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar os requisitos para os ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem que possam melhorar a qualidade dos cursos na modalidade a distância e atender às demandas educomunicacionais. A metodologia do estudo consistiu em uma revisão bibliográfica qualitativa sobre ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem e demandas educomunicacionais, com foco na integração de tecnologias digitais e mídias sociais para promover comunicação, interação e colaboração na educação a distância. Por meio do trabalho desenvolvido, foi possível observar que as demandas educomunicacionais apresentam uma estreita relação entre o saber e as práticas educativas mediadas por uma comunicação dialógica que podem melhorar a qualidade dos cursos na modalidade a distância. Os resultados indicam o uso de diversas ferramentas nos AVA’s para promover a comunicação, interação, colaboração e construção de conhecimento entre os usuários aprendentes que participam das atividades propostas com distintas formas de explorar as mídias sociais.
