Do EDUCOM ao UCA: as primeiras inciativas governamentais de fomento aos usos de tecnologias digitais na educação brasileira

Neste artigo analisamos as primeiras iniciativas governamentais de fomento aos usos de tecnologias digitais nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem nas escolas públicas brasileiras. Como metodologia, utilizamos o Estado da Arte, realizado a partir do levantamento bibliográfico e seletivo de artigos, livros e diferentes textos acadêmicos, bem como documentos oficiais sobre a temática em estudo. Os resultados apontam que as ações, projetos e programas desenvolvidos pelo governo federal em parceria com estados e municípios entre as décadas de 1970 e 1990 não foram suficientes para criar uma cultura escolar de usos pedagógicos das referidas tecnologias.
