Uso de Tecnologias na Educação Infantil: uma proposta de capacitação docente permeada por sequências didáticas

O presente artigo descreve uma pesquisa em andamento sobre a formação continuada na área tecnológica de professores de Educação Infantil em uma escola da Rede Municipal do Rio de Janeiro. O estudo envolve a análise dos dados coletados por meio da ferramenta Google Forms. A capacitação foi conduzida por meio de Sequências Didáticas e contou com a participação de 34 educadores. Utilizando a abordagem da pesquisa-ação, busca-se não apenas compreender, mas também intervir e transformar a prática educativa no contexto investigado. Os resultados preliminares indicam que os participantes valorizam a realização de cursos de formação, especialmente na área das tecnologias. Destaca-se a importância da formação inicial e continuada dos educadores, a fim de capacitá-los a utilizar os recursos disponíveis de maneira intencional, atendendo às demandas sociais em constante evolução.
