Abstract

As pesquisas sobre pensamento computacional (PC) têm crescido nas últimas décadas, principalmente na Educação Básica. Este trabalho apresenta a adoção da autoria de jogos no ambiente Scratch como estratégia para o desenvolvimento dos pilares do PC em turmas ingressantes do Ensino Médio. Como metodologia, a cada bimestre do ano letivo os estudantes elaboraram um artefato, culminando em um jogo no formato de quiz. A experiência aconteceu durante o ensino remoto de 2021 e contou com a participação de três turmas, totalizando 89 estudantes e a produção de 45 jogos. Os resultados indicam que a estratégia se mostrou eficaz para o desenvolvimento dos pilares do pensamento computacional, além de uma aprendizagem criativa, significativa e colaborativa.
