Percepção dos alunos sobre as ferramentas do AVA Solar 2.0 no processo de aprendizagem

O presente texto objetiva apresentar a pesquisa realizada em dissertação de Mestrado a respeito da percepção de alunos sobre as ferramentas existentes no AVA Solar 2.0 em seus processos de aprendizagem. Para tanto, este texto contextualiza cenários de educação e tecnologia e trata da pesquisa apresentando sua metodologia e resultados obtidos. Concluiu-se que as ferramentas analisadas atendem as necessidades dos alunos, bem como possuem baixo grau de dificuldade para uso e contemplam características consideradas importantes, sendo um resultado satisfatório. Além dessas inferências, identificou-se a necessidade de estudos para aprofundar a análise sobre algumas questões, como a dificuldade no uso de webconferências e a percepção do chat, que apresentou baixa promoção de aprendizado, quando comparado com os demais recursos.
