Objetivou-se identificar os principais pontos que geram a perpetuação e permanência do problema da exploração do trabalho de crianças e adolescentes na tríplice fronteira entre Brasil, Paraguai e Argentina. Promover a proteção dos direitos da criança e do adolescente na região da tríplice fronteira significa fortalecer a cooperação trinacional com ações concretas no âmbito do Mercosul. Concluiu-se que a legislação que protege as crianças e adolescentes é vasta e o problema da exploração do trabalho infantil ocorre não pela carência de leis e normas protetoras, mas sim pelo descaso por parte dos governos com a efetiva aplicação das mesmas.Downloads
