Abstract

In this article, we reflect about the emergence of mathematical objects and processes in the reality of the nursery school. School experiences aimed at the development of spatial thinking are described, which in turn constitute the object of analysis and reflection with future teachers of Early Childhood Education. With this, the development of skills that will enable them future teachers transform their vision of mathematics, expand the meanings that have of certain notions and recognize that it is possible to promote mathematical activity with children at early ages is intended.
