Abstract

With the technological breakthrough that we are suffering at the present time, it is necessary the training of man to use and share this new way of life, therefore, the inclusion of the practice of teaching in Basic Computer is extremely important to enable people to employ this knowledge in their days. This work arose from this need and aimed to promote the act of basic computer digital inclusion in elementary school. The course was divided into two modules: basic and advanced. The student body profile was mostly composed of children coming from the countryside who had little contact with the ICT (Information and Communication Technology). Thus, we see the relevance of the work, as it contributes to the dissemination of knowledge indispensable for the life of the public came from public school.

Felipe Ravelly Alves de Souza, Universidade Federal de Campina Grande

Formado no Curso Técnico Integrado ao Ensino médio em Instalação e Manutenção de Equipamentos de Informática e Redes, pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia da Paraíba. Graduando do curso de Engenharia de Biotecnologia e Bioprocessos, pela Universidade Federal de Campina Grande.

Cecir Barbosa de Almeida Farias, Universidade Federal de Campina Grande

É graduada em Ciência da Computação pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba, mestre em Informática pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba e doutora em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Federal de Campina Grande. Atualmente é professora adjunto II e coordenadora de informática da Universidade Federal de Campina Grande - campus CDSA. Tem experiência na área de Ciência da Computação com ênfase nos seguintes temas: Engenharia de Software (área: Gestão de Projetos), Tecnologia na Educação, Modelagem Computacional, Bancos de Dados e Lógica aplicada à computação.
