Abstract

A educação a distância (EaD) no Brasil está sujeita a diretrizes legais, incluindo leis e regulamentos que enfatizam a curricularização da extensão e a presencialidade como componentes essenciais para o impacto social nas Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES). Essas obrigações muitas vezes aparecem desvinculadas do processo de construção do conhecimento e da interação aluno-instituição. Este artigo tem como objetivo avaliar a percepção dos alunos em relação ao Método de Prática da Curricularização da Extensão na EaD (MPCE-EAD), implementado em uma IES localizada no estado de São Paulo. A pesquisa emprega uma abordagem quantitativa, utilizando a ferramenta Net Promoter Score (NPS) para investigar a percepção dos alunos em relação a esse método. Os resultados destacam as contribuições substanciais do MPCE-EAD.
