Abstract

Este trabajo visibiliza a las mujeres en la producción del espacio a través de un movimiento social por la defensa del sistema comunitario de agua en el municipio de Tecámac, en el Estado de México entre 2005 y 2006. Se realiza desde la geografía feminista, con metodologías cualitativas como entrevistas a profundidad de donde se recuperan las formas diversas de participación de las mujeres, en un sentido en que cada aportación resultó relevante para lograr la meta que se trazó y del cual salieron victoriosas en mantener el sistema comunitario de agua del pueblo de Tecámac, al mismo tiempo que tomaron consciencia de su ser político.
