The pedagogical knowledge of statistics in initial teacher education in the early years of elementary school

This article presents a study about the teaching knowledge mobilized in teacher training in the early years on the statistics. The literature of teaching knowledge in the light of Lees Shulman, Clermont Gauthier e Maurice Tardif in line with readings focused on Education Statistics, for purposes of this study made it possible to analyze that Knowledge Pedagogic Statistics are mobilized in formation and have repercussions on the teaching practice of future teachers in the early years. The study was attended of 29 undergraduate course Integrated Degree in Education in Science, Mathematics and Languages /UFPA. The research field consists of two contexts, the course classroom initial training and classroom in the early years. The analytical material consisted of transcripts of the activities in the formative process concerning audios and videos. Knowledge Pedagogic Statistics discussed in the research were based on the professional practice of the teacher to teach statistics.Downloads
