A study of the relation ship between the adequacy in teacher training and school performance in regular High School

This article examines the relationship between school performance in regular High School and the adequacy indicator on teacher education, comprising the association between academic teacher training and discipline given by him. This research confirms the frequent debate on the problem of lack of teachers in public schools, as well as the constant allocation of teachers in different subjects of their education, checking the implication of this uneven distribution of teachers on the results of student learning. From these problems, we seek to identify, through hard data, such allocation occurs in the country in the different school systems, and the consequences of this practice in the performance presented by the students. The methodology was applied to the quantitative analysis of official secondary data. The conclusion that guides the adequacy of policy between teacher training and the given discipline produces positive results on the proficiency of students.Downloads
