Dermatology is one of the main demands in Primary Health Care but remains underexplored in medical training, which hinders the identification and management of skin lesions by general practitioners. To address this gap, the DermaPlat® digital platform was developed to support clinical reasoning and improve dermatological care. This study assessed the platform’s usability and acceptance among 30 physicians working in primary care after a 60-day period of independent use. The validated System Usability Scale (SUS) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) were applied. DermaPlat® scored 87.17% on the SUS and 87.67% on the TAM, reflecting highly favorable perceptions of ease of use and clinical usefulness. A strong positive correlation was found between both instruments, reinforcing the consistency of the results. These findings suggest that the platform has high clinical applicability and may enhance decision-making in primary care dermatology.
