Budapest theory in fiction
Keywords:
Budapest. Contemporary fiction. Metafiction.Abstract
This article shows how Chico Buarque de Holanda’s Budapeste is an exercise of fiction and theoretical discourse at the same time. We will try to show that the issues punctuated by the romance are relevant to the scenario of the literary work of art in the beginning of XXI century. The aspect more clearly explored will be the metafiction, however, taking in account others, such as authorship and construction of individual style in a postmodern scenario, which are also in the scope of this great work.Downloads
