This article aims to analyze surrealist features of Alejandro Jodorowsky’s film named Holy Mountain (1973). It intends to present connections between the filmmaker and surrealism, by focusing on important points of this movement, like portraits of the dream and the unconscious, the assembly, the errancy and fighting against control orders, outstanding characteristics found in both, film and literature.Downloads
