Evolução da literatura sobre estrutura partidária e sistema eleitoral no Brasil: entre duas democracias (1945-1964 e 1985 até hoje)

O artigo discute a evolução da literatura atinente à interação entre estrutura partidária e sistema eleitoral nas duas democracias no Brasil. Inicialmente, será abordado o modelo de formatação partidária de Duverger, aperfeiçoado por Sartori, que encontrou grande receptividade e repercussão na literatura brasileira. Em seguida, proceder-se-á à reconstrução das críticas consolidadas sobre o aspecto consociativo e delegativo do arranjo político-institucional no Brasil. Por fim, será dada atenção a uma bibliografia mais recente que leva em conta as novas teorias sobre as coordenações partidárias e eleitorais e as experiências dos dois últimos governos brasileiros, que apontariam para a governabilidade democrática.Downloads
