Lendo a In/Segurança Internacional em lugares dissonantes: imaginários racializados no cotidiano na Lapa, Rio de Janeiro

O presente artigo explora as dinâmicas de in/segurança no campo de Estudos de In/Segurança Internacional a partir de uma analítica sensível às redes múltiplas de relações, agentes, práticas e objetos que constituem discursos sobre a alteridade racial e informam processos de racialização. Para tal, a partir de revisão de literatura de fontes secundárias, realizamos uma revisão crítica dos Estudos de In/Segurança clássicos e críticos, de modo a evidenciar seus pressupostos racializados, e oferecer maneiras mais complexas de observar como as práticas de in/segurança emergem a partir de relações cotidianas. Em um segundo momento, construímos uma analítica de in/segurança racial a partir de noções de raça como significante deslizante, de ambivalência do discurso racial e de gênero e da complexificação da manifestação da violência a partir de relações simultâneas de proximidade e distanciamento. A partir disso, analisamos as dinâmicas de revitalização e pacificação da Lapa, Rio de Janeiro, para evidenciar as ambiguidades da in/segurança no cotidiano. Trazendo as experiências de mulheres travestis na Lapa neste contexto, demonstramos tanto o imaginário racializado subscrito às manifestações de violência por elas sofridas quanto as ambiguidades de sentir-se in/seguro neste espaço.
