Abstract

Resumindo, pretende-se com este trabalho, dar a conhecer de uma forma “relâmpago” o regime jurídico do casamento não formalizado na República da Guiné-Bissau, a união de facto na República de Cabo Verde e na Região Administrativa Especial de Macau doravante RAEM, não se pretendendo com o presente trabalho aprofundar nem fazer críticas às legislações que o regulamentam, mas sim dar a conhecer de uma forma breve os respectivos regimes jurídicos, abrindo apetite as várias questões amplamente discutidas actualmente, de forma a que mais interesses se venham acrescer para maiores aprofundamentos.

Ludimila Samira de Oliveira Barai, Escritório de advogados

 LUDIMILA BARAI

 

Nascida em 1981, Licenciada em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Macau e Mestre em Ciências  Jurídicas pela mesma Instituição de ensino.

2009-2010- Assistente do Mestrado em estudos lusófonos na Universidade de São José-Macau;

Maio 2009- Co-Coordenadora do CENTER FOR AFRICAN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT STUDIES (CARDS) na Universidade de São José-Macau

   Em Novembro de 2004, iniciou a sua actividade profissional como Jurista no escritório de Advogados. Inscrita na Associação dos Advogados de Macau como Advogada estagiária em Setembro de 2005; Frequenta o estágio de advocacia, estando a trabalhar em diversas áreas do direito, nomeadamente, direito de trabalho, direito civil e processual civil, direito e processo penal e direito comercial.

 

 CONHECIMENTOS LINGUÍSTICOS: Crioulo, Português, Inglês e Francês.
