Verdades que se produzem: os territórios quilombolas e o direito no estado do Espírito Santo

A partir da conjuntura de implantação de um gasoduto Cacimbas- Catu no território quilombola do Sapê do Norte, o artigo procura discutir a produção do direito em comunidades quilombolas no estado do Espírito Santo. Avaliando a política pública dos direitos étnicos no Brasil, o artigo argumenta que a produção do direito pode ser compreendida nos quadros da discriminação histórica das populações oriundas da escravização e que a judicialização dos conflitos pelos territórios quilombolas refletem as tensões locais e nacionais pela legitimação de um projeto hegemônico e hierárquico de Direitos Humanos.Downloads
