Este ensaio cuida da discussão sobre os processos de reconhecimento na esfera das relações de trabalho. Inicia situando o contexto histórico cultural que conferiu os fundamentos para a ideia de reconhecimento na filosofia moderna. Aborda, adiante, o modelo de reconhecimento em Hegel, o qual se revela como base para o modelo de Honneth. A partir de Honneth, a discussão sobre reconhecimento é acrescida da idéia do potencial motivacional da experiência do desrespeito. Confronta a idéia de trabalho e sua manifestação como auto-experiência intersubjetiva em Hegel e alienação em Marx.Downloads
