Abstract

The present article aims to explain the freedom of association, with a general look on the anti-union clauses and practices, just as well as the warranties of free union performance. Aft er that, the article analyses the relevance of considering the freedom of association a fundamental right. Finally, this paper explains how the ILO faces this issue on at the international level.
