Este texto busca analisar a trajetória e o avanço dos direitos humanos na legislação nacional e internacional em relação à categoria dos refugiados, inserido no contexto de novos fenômenos globais que desafiam aquela definição, tal qual a desertificação, a degradação do solo, a redução da biodiversidade e a insegurança alimentar, que também podem provocar deslocamentos forçados, evidenciados como refugiados ambientais. Esses fenômenos ambientais têm ganhado a centralidade dos debates políticos da agenda política mundial. Visto que poucas vezes na história tantas pessoas vêm se deslocando de um país a outro, ou de um continente para outro.Downloads
