O Comitê para a Eliminação de Todas as Formas de Discriminação Racial, a Relatoria Paralela das ONGs e a questão do Apartheid na Palestina/Israel

O presente artigo analisa, de modo comparativo e crítico, as considerações presentes no banco de dados da ONU acerca das práticas de discriminação racial e apartheid pelo Estado de Israel. Mais especificamente, as observações conclusivas do Comitê para a Eliminação de Todas as Formas de Discriminação Racial (CEDR) são contrapostas aos relatórios paralelos enviados a ele por diferentes ONGs, com a ênfase recaindo na aparição nessa séria documental da violação da proibição de se praticar o crime de apartheid. A documentação disponível foi lida na sequência temporal e cruzada entre si, bem como, ao final, pontualmente contraposta a outros documentos e referências bibliográficas que abordam a mesma temática, mas em outros espaços.Downloads
