Abstract

In Brazil, schools at both levels of education have difficulty working in the classroom with the theme of respect for ethnic diversity, due to the lack of teaching resources available to teachers and methodologies that are attractive to students. Addressing this issue is currently necessary due to the great repercussion of cases of bullying related to ethnicity, involving students from public and private schools. Considering these issues, we propose in this project to work with dramatic games involving discussions about ethnic diversity, in order to produce reflections in the adolescents involved about their daily actions in relation to this issue, since dramatic games address themes in a playful way, provide insights to the players, developing in them an awareness about respect for ethnic diversity.
