Abstract

O texto procura estabelecer um lineamento geral entre o Poder Público, a conduta individual e a moralidade pública na compreensão dos cenários em que se inscreve o Poder Judiciário como instância relevante do poder no sistema republicano. Sua higidez, ademais, garante a estabilidade de todo o sistema jurídico.
