O processo de construção da política municipal para a população imigrante de São Paulo: desafios e potenciais

A Política Municipal para a População Imigrante de São Paulo, consubstanciada na Lei Municipal nº 16.478/2016 e Decreto nº 57.533/2016, resultou de processo decisório intersetorial e com ampla participação social, e representou a concretização do paradigma de direitos humanos como diretriz das ações e programas municipais para a população migrante. Este artigo descreve tal processo de formulação, salientando a sua interface com as peculiaridades da política pública migratória, dentre as quais se destaca a transversalidade.Downloads
