Technological development in recent decades has made artificial intelligence something increasingly present in people’s daily lives. With the acceleration of human relations, as a result of the ease in transmitting information and connectivity technologies, artificial intelligence is also used to capture people’s data and influence their choices, including consumption. This fact makes it essential to understand the influence of artificial intelligence on consumption habits and, above all, what is the best way to use this tool to implement the 2030 Agenda. of the work, in order to properly identify the elements necessary to understand the theme. In the final part, elements of empirical research are applied, especially from consumer market research and deductive reasoning, in order to prospect ways for artificial intelligence to contribute to the transversal advancement of the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda.
