Abstract

The use of technologies allows the insertion of tools in the personal and collective treatment of citizens, which can be used for the production of applications aimed at the health area, positively impacting society. The insertion of technologies in the community enables the acquisition of knowledge, being able to support and relate to other sciences . This article presents the activities carried out during an extension project linked to the Federal University of Campina Grande that involve areas of informatics and health, through the analysis of the application with professionals from the areas of medicine, nursing, nutrition, psychology and systems analysts and consequent development of the mobile application called “Healthy Club” using the block programming language Kodular, the creation of an Instagram profile and a YouTube channel for the dissemination of information and videos on psychosocial and physical treatment for diseases acquired post-pandemic by Covid -19. The activities involved educational and social actions for the daily lives of patients treated at a public hospital, in order to awaken them to the importance of the prevention and medical treatment of diseases, which were being increased due to the long period of the Covid pandemic. -19: anxiety, depression, gastritis, obesity, hypertension, diabetes and heart problems. Initially, we carried out research on the Internet about pre-existing applications for the treatment of Covid-19 and verified their characteristics, positive and negative points, and together with collaborators - health professionals, we defined the new functions necessary for “Healthy Club”. The application then presents the following functionalities: registration of patients, professionals (doctors, nurses, psychologists, nutritionists and physical educators), prescriptions, exams and medications, recommendations for healthy eating and types of physical exercises. The software stores the indications for each patient and issues a report of everything that was used, for control and follow-up. The project also promoted assistance to the community in general, through the dissemination of information about diseases, forms of prevention, tips for proper nutrition and types of exercises to help in the treatment of physical health, in parallel with their psychological and psychosocial development, through lectures at the Colégio Estadual José Gonçalves de Queiroz, Youtube channel and Instagram profile.
