A UNAMID em Darfur: considerações sobre operações de paz híbridas

A United Nations-African Union Mission in Darfur (UNAMID), estabelecida em 2007, é o atual modelo de operação de paz híbrida, conduzida pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU) juntamente com a União Africana (UA). Esse formato de missão trouxe uma miríade de novos dilemas para os estudos das operações de manutenção de paz. Nesse sentido, o artigo utiliza a UNAMID para apresentar algumas considerações sobre operações híbridas no campo do gerenciamento/resolução de conflitos. Baseado em fontes secundárias e primárias, o texto parte da ideia central de que, apesar de o conceito restringir a característica híbrida da operação às suas estruturas no terreno, o processo de interação das organizações parceiras se deu com muito mais propriedade e destaque nos níveis político e estratégico.Downloads
