Caminhos opostos: crise hegemônica e divergências identitárias entre Ucrânia e Rússia

Resumo

Este artigo emprega abordagens neo-gramscianas e construtivistas para examinar as causas da guerra Rússia-Ucrânia, focando em fatores estruturais e identitários. Explora a crise da Ordem Liberal Internacional, a identidade em evolução da Ucrânia e a construção da identidade russa por meio do “Mundo Russo” (‘Russkiy Mir’) e do eurasianismo. Ao analisar essas dinâmicas, o artigo destaca o choque entre a rejeição russa da Ordem Liberal e os esforços de integração da Ucrânia, impulsionados por estruturas sociais profundas e a evolução identitária, levando à irrupção do conflito e suas persistentes consequências.
