Author Guidelines

Editorial Policy and Peer Review

Only original manuscripts that are not under simultaneous consideration by another journal or publication venue will be accepted.

The Journal adopts a double-blind peer review system. All submissions are evaluated by two reviewers. In the event of divergence between the reviews, the manuscript will be sent to a third reviewer.

The Journal conducts an initial editorial screening. Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned for correction or rejected.
