Abstract

Para o belíssimo livro que chamou de “Nas trilhas de um Geólogo”, João José Bigarella (2003) selecionou de uma coleção de mais de 40.000 diapositivos, obtidos em 59 anos de carreira científica, 190 imagens que considerou significativas de suas andanças (até então, com 80 anos) pelo mundo todo em pesquisas geológicas e como convidado para inúmeras expedições e conferências científicas.
