A prática da saúde e seus espaços na cidade de Maringá

A produção da espacialidade da sociedade urbana não pode ser entendida apenas no sentido econômico, mas também pelo seu conteúdo como uma produção social, política e cultural, nos termos da urbanização presente. No entanto, pretendemos realizar algumas considerações que possibilitem compreender a prática da saúde na cidade de Maringá, delimitando seus espaços em três esferas: o espaço político, o espaço social e o espaço ideológico, sem esquecermos que esses espaços se interagem na construção de uma determinada realidade. É de suma importância lembrar que os serviços de saúde, sendo eles estatais ou privados, são condicionados em seus objetivos e em seu modo de operação pelos aspectos econômicos, políticos e ideológicos.
