Perfil do consumidor de carne na fronteira: um estudo comparativo entre Ponta Porã/BR e Pedro Juan Caballero/PY

Com o objetivo de saber se existem diferenças entre o consumidor de produtos cárneos das cidades de Ponta Porã e Pedro Juan Caballero, foram entrevistados através da aplicação de questionário estruturado, 600 consumidores. Observou-se que a diferença cultural existente entre a população brasileira e paraguaia residente em região de fronteira impacta no hábito de consumo de carne, visto que consumidores brasileiros apresentam maior preocupação relacionadas a qualidade da aquisição destes produtos. Entretanto semelhanças encontradas podem ser resultado da influência que cidades de fronteira geram umas sobre as outras.
