Estratégia Nacional de Segurança Pública nas Fronteiras: um debate recente

Abstract

O presente ensaio, elaborado por meio de pesquisa teórica, discute a política pública de segurança adotada no Brasil no contexto contemporâneo. Apresenta reflexões sobre o papel a Estratégia Nacional de Segurança Pública nas Fronteiras e atuação do Gabinete de Gestão Integrada da Fronteira no âmbito da interação com os países vizinhos. A dinâmica do território fronteiriço demanda ações específicas das políticas públicas que envolvem multiagencialidade, Interdisciplinaridade e visão solidária de responsabilidades e competência. Os desafios de enfrentamento ao crime são claros, principalmente diante de limitações estruturais e tecnológicas e falta de integração entre os países.
