Estigma e ressocialização - uma análise sobre direitos humanos e a reintegração de adolescentes em conflito com a lei

Considerando o atual contexto de insegurança dos grandes centros urbanos e as recentes discussões acerca da redução da maioridade penal, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o processo de estigmatização sofrido por adolescentes em conflito com a lei em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de semiliberdade. Portanto, realizamos pesquisa de campo em uma unidade do Recife, entrevistando jovens e funcionários. Foram entrevistados, ainda, populares. Como base teórica para a análise utilizamos o conceito de estigma de Erving Goffman (1988), de exclusão moral desenvolvido por Ervin Staub (1989) e de Direitos Humanos como bens escassos de Walster & Walster (1975).Downloads
