O mito e o espaço nas representações artístico-culturais dos Mbyá Guarani

O presente artigo trata de aspectos artísticos e cosmológicos na cultura material dos Guarani, como uma forma de expressão de seus mitos e filosofias. Numa comparação com outros grupos indígenas faz-se alusão ao pensamento desses povos sobre o mundo que os cerca, e sua relação ao que chamamos de arte, que, no entanto pode ser uma manifestação de aspectos cosmológicos e até psicológicos para expressar-se diante do coletivo. Dessa forma há também as manifestações artísticas que são comercializadas e que possuem aspectos diferenciados para os grupos, distanciando-se do mundo cosmológico, mas ainda assim fazendo parte da cultura material.Downloads
