Enlaces Matrimoniais e Desquites: Casamento e Relações de Gênero em Processos Judiciais em Parnaíba/PI nas Décadas de 1960 e 1970

Resumo: Este trabalho expressa os primeiros passos de uma pesquisa que busca, a partir de processos judiciais de desquite, compreender o cotidiano de famílias na cidade de Parnaíba/PI, nas décadas 1960 e 1970, além de analisar a construção dos papeis de gênero presente nos autos desses processos. O texto divide-se em dois momentos. No primeiro, trataremos da instituição casamento e mais especificamente sobre o desquite, tendo como fundamento o Código Civil Brasileiro de 1916. Posteriormente, analisaremos dois casos a fim de percebermos de que forma se deram as relações de gênero nos autos processuais.
